Our Curriculum

At Little Beginnings Learning Center, the curriculum starts on the very first day your child joins our family. Each child receives developmentally appropriate learning experiences in each classroom.

How We Teach

As Maria Montessori said, “Play is a child’s work.”

Learning Through Play

By providing quality literature and hands-on experiences in nature, art, and sensory play, children can experience developmentally appropriate skills.

Time in Nature

By incorporating nature in almost every aspect of their day at Little Beginnings, children learn an appreciation and ability to connect with the world around them.

Multiple Domains

Treehouse Nature Study Curriculum helps support multiple development domains, creativity, and problem-solving skills, concentration skills, and improve academic success.

Nature Explore

Transforming children’s lives through research-based outdoor classroom design and natural products.

The Nature Explore program supports efforts to connect children with nature. By being a Nature Explore center, we offer an outdoor classroom design created to nurture nature-based learning. We are committed to continually learn and grow through workshops and conferences to inspire ideas for enhancing children’s learning with nature. Instead of just a playground, children at Little Beginnings will explore nature hands-on.
