Fresh Favorite Food

Each month our catering company, Lancer Dining Services, features a Fresh Favorite Food.

In February, the food is the Jicama. We serve them with lunch often. If you have never eaten one, this would be a great month to taste one! Try serving them as a snack or with dinner and see what the family thinks.
